It is with great satisfaction that I can write this letter to both of you with glowing reviews of our incentive program in Sun City. Judging by all the responses we have had so far, it was a huge success. Green Route is a class act, and I will pass this on to every meeting planner I know. South Africa is also an awesome destination and I am sure every one of our 166 participants will want to come back at some point. Toping this for next year is going to be a chore for me!
I would like to recognize the hard work and dedication of your staff that helped us on-site. Shanni Thomas, Tarryn Martin and Brenda McCann were all very professional and very pleasant to all our people. They were always on time, always looked great and had a smile for everyone. A special thank you to Carryn Ortlepp, the leader of the pack. I find it hard to say enough about the winner you have in this girl. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, her attention to detail was awesome, her organizational skills are unbelievable and her leadership skills should put her far above the average person. I hire a DMC in every country I go in to, and I would like to clone her and show them what a real professional looks like!!! She is so young, yet so put together. From the 3rd to the 7th of July Michelin TyrePlus National Conference was held in Beijing. Pacific World Beijing handled all transfers, tours, dinners and were exceptional in every way. The conference and incentive program was a huge success due to Julie Yang ( Account Executive) and Rena our fantastic guide.
The dedication of both staff members was terrific; they were there every moment of every day making sure the program ran in a timely and efficient manner. I will not hesitate to recommend Beijing and the excellent service of Pacific World

I can see it would be an ideal place for, especially, technology companies to hold events....The tea house demonstration was most interesting....I think those types of opportunities are tremendous when you bring a group -- perfect for a spouse program or incentive....Orchard Road -- what a shopping area...My experience was fabulous and I really appreciate your effort in getting it set up. "Long before the 4,000 guests arrived in Singapore, it appeared your entire executive and operations staff internalized their own definition of success. It was no easy feat to ensure the logistics of this program were properly communicated throughout all areas of the company. I wanted to take a minute to write and let you know what an outstanding Insurance program I just completed in Scotland. I can't say enough about the quality of service we received from Spectra.
Mark Wareing has been a joy to work with. From day one of the planning process he has always provided me with detailed information in a prompt manner. This was a very full program and he was always there to assist when we made last minute changes or decided to add all new elements in the 10th hour. On site he managed all of the many details and worked wonderfully with our guests.
On site Kenny Hanley as well gave that special service and element that only Kenny can provide. He is one in a million and the clients couldn't say enough about him as well. Kenny was always there to help with whatever whim the client had. (I want to know what vitamins he takes!)
