TekSer Made the Difference

We are an international trade association representing more than 30 major corporations around the world. We recently held our Annual Board Meeting in Istanbul, Turkey, with attendees comprising CEO's and senior executives from North American, European, Middle Eastern, East Asian, and Russian companies, along with spouses. TekSer handled all of our operations---evening functions, tours, and ground transportation - and what a fantastic job they did!

The planning of the events was a breeze.  TekSer representatives met with our President in Istanbul approximately two months prior to our meeting, and took him on a tour of the various possible venues.  Istanbul is a beautiful and fascinating city with a wealth of history, culture, and sights.  Not only did he get a chance to see the venues, but he was given a historical background of each location and a chance to taste the food and wine that would be provided.  We were also given several choices of custom-tailored tours for the spouses, as well as the entire group as our schedule allowed.  We never felt pressured into a specific choice, but were given just the right amount of guidance to be able to make our own choices for all the events.  TekSer promptly answered all of our questions, and went out of their way to ensure that we would receive the best quality of service within our budget.

Once all the planning was in place, the execution of the events went flawlessly.  Although there were several obstacles outside of TekSer's control, the staff on site handled the situations with a firm hand and grace - our guests never knew there was a problem to begin with.  The impression from our members was that everything was perfect, and that is exactly what we wanted to hear.  

Behind the scenes, we were able to make last minute changes with no problems, including adding ground transportation on a very short notice.  The TekSer personnel provided us with their mobile phone numbers, and we felt comfortable calling them outside of business hours for last minute adjustments.

Sorry this message is so late but I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service and experience we had on our recent program.
 
Begum was absolutely wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She was incredibly professional, responsive and attentive to all the details during the planning process but especially onsite during the execution of the program.
 
Alper also did a great job and we appreciate everything he did for us (especially seeing us off on our early morning departures!)
 
We will whole-heartedly recommend your services to any of our colleagues who are considering Turkey as a destination.
