Dear Martin, Katerina and Kelly.

Thank you very much for hosting us in your beautiful city. We made it home without a hitch.  The Heathrow strike made our trip even more wonderful, as the airport was empty and loads of room on flight!!   We were in transit, and never had to officially enter the UK or go through passport controls.   Thanks for all of your extra efforts and concern on this issue.  It gave me great confidence in your DMC services.

The Prague site visit was magical.  To be in Prague during the Christmas holiday season was fantastic. Thank you for all of the wonderful accommodation arrangements, transportation, meals, guides and activities.  I also was impressed with your flexibility to switch the itinerary and allow our visit to Karlovy Vary.  This is also the sign of a service oriented DMC and I was impressed. 

The very best part about our jobs are the people we meet and relationships we form along the way.  I enjoyed our time together and hope that we all get to collaborate on a future project and meet again soon.

Alena and Martin, thank you both so much for your all of the time and attention you put towards our group this week. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the amount of detail and support you provided (from the Lunar Eclipse, to the pop-up party after the bike tour, etc).  We always know that we can trust Jane to put us with the best local support, but you certainly exceeded our expectations.

We hope to be back to Prague very soon and we will definitely be in touch.
