Dear Valeria and Team,
 
I wanted to send you a special note of thanks for the tremendous success that you all helped to create for the President’s Club. In the six years of managing this program, I can tell you that I have never worked with a DMC that was as passionate and committed to the program as my own core team. You all are a partner in every sense and I thank you.
 
Valeria, I want you to know how much I appreciate your personal involvement and commitment to this program. I miss the mornings of walking down the Grand Hotel’s stairs and seeing you at your little table awaiting the day’s program. Not only were you a partner, but a friend – so thank you for the long hours and hard work.
 
I know that I’ve mentioned to you prior to leaving, but what you all introduced to me was not a St. Petersburg of beautiful history and buildings, but more so an amazingly rich culture of art and entertainment. We were on musical and artistic journey for 4 days and it was a sensational ride.
 
My warmest regards to you all and I hope to see you again very soon.

Hello Jane, I wanted to take a minute to write and let you know what an outstanding Insurance program I just completed in Scotland. I can't say enough about the quality of service we received from Spectra. Mark Wareing has been a joy to work with. From day one of the planning process he has always provided me with detailed information in a prompt manner. This was a very full program and he was always there to assist when we made last minute changes or decided to add all new elements in the 10th hour. On site he managed all of the many details and worked wonderfully with our guests. On site Kenny Hanley as well gave that special service and element that only Kenny can provide. He is one in a million and the clients couldn't say enough about him as well. Kenny was always there to help with whatever whim the client had. (I want to know what vitamins he takes!)
