Please accept this as a most sincere thank you for the guidance and assistance provided by Faiz Shariff in our recent event in Dubai. Without his customer requirements focus and creativity, our event could never have been the success that it was.
Senior Leadership from my client, Ascom Network Testing, an international technical sales organization, was extremely happy with the services arranged by Faiz. Having delegates from Moscow to Mumbai to Miami created a challenge for transportation both inbound and out. Faiz coordinated it all with special attention to our VIP delegates, and all were were impressed with the professionalism and ease of transfer into the country and to the hotel.
In addition, Faiz planned and executed our Desert Safari. Our delegates were overwhelmed and completely thrilled with the atmosphere, the food, the environment and supporting staff. As a planner, I could not have asked or hoped for a more positive outcome of the premier event of our conference. I owe Faiz the complete credit for planning, orchestrating and delivering beyond our most optimistic expectations.
The Dubai event for Ascom Network Testing as Ascom Academy II, will be the standard for excellence going forward. You have my gratitude and complete appreciation for the job that Faiz did for our group. It will be very difficult to match. My thanks to Emirates and to Faiz specifically for making my job look so good.

Please accept my appreciation for all your efforts in making the superb arrangements for the 500 Club group's trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with the extension to Oman. Arabian Adventures could not have attended to our group more expertly, from receiving the guests at the airport (at their various arrival times) and fast tracking them though passport control, etc. The trip was perfect from beginning to end.
Our guide, Renate, and driver, Austin, were an excellent team. We were delighted with Renate - she is a superior guide, personable, knowledgeable, flexible - we felt very fortunate to be in her company.
Everyone was more than satisfied with the choice of the Park Hyatt.
You were very kind to give the ladies the lovely abayas - and the two gentlemen the dishdashas. We had such fun trying them on, and friends and family will enjoy them at home too.
There were many many highlights, not least of which was the falcon demonstration and champagne at sunset in the desert. The program was full and varied and will provide innumerable memories for years to come.
We look forward to working with Arabian Adventures on future ventures and will no doubt be in touch in the near future.
